SKILLS REQUIRED :
- Good End to End understanding of software test life cycle
- Good Ability to develop Test Plans for Salesforce Application Testing
- Must be able to lead the team in identifying test scenarios, test cases and guide and encourage the team to follow these best practices.
- Must have an understanding of Salesforce.com and the related tools like Apex, Visualforce etc.
- Basic understanding of API integration methodology (Rest and SOAP API) Mulesoft knowledge is a plus)
- Good understanding of GXP Compliance Process.
- Adept in ALM and all testing tools
- Hands on experience in Test Automation and proficiency in tools like Selenium and QTP
- Understanding of XML and XPATH
- Ability to guide / mentor junior team members
- Ability to understand the application at a functional and technical level
- Experience working with complex, high-transactional products is highly desirable.
